The Shearer’s cook™ Ice Cream Delight
Makes 1.5 litres

Ingredients
- 600ml thickened cream
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 x 395gram can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tsp vanilla essence

Directions
- Beat the cream until thick.
- Add the eggs one at a time, still beating.
- Slowly add the condensed milk, still beating, then add the vanilla essence.
- Fold through your favourite ingredient (M&M’s, Violet Crumble, Crunchie)
- Freeze in a container. Ready for eating after freezing overnight.
